Rotunda's highly experienced Mental Health Manager Heather Caird has developed a proven effective Creative Mindfulness Course for adults and bespoke courses for children and young adults.

This restful ,creative and thought provoking course will help you find coping mechanisms for anxiety and stress. Each workshop will focus on different techniques to help you find calm, vent your anxiety, feel centred and cope with the stresses of life. 

Groups or individuals can book a Creative Mindfuless workshop at Rotunda, or we can run workshops at your school, college. orgnamisation or home.
